As Deputy Manager you would be trained in all aspects of the business, with a view to becoming Manager once capable. Podarok is an independent business, so you would have input in strategies to move the company forward, as well as influence over buying and visual merchandising over our 3 stores. We are looking for a driven, creative and optimistic individuals with a flair for the unique and an eye for detail.

Your day-to-day role would be ensuring the shop maintains a high standard of cleanliness, keeping daily targets and maintaining shop stock, as well as monitoring trends in sales and reporting KPI's. You would be responsible for creating and maintaining interesting and unique window displays, and working out creative solutions to Visual Merchandising and shop floor displays.

We would expect a high standard of maintenance of our online platforms, with regular Social Media posting and Blogging, and responsibility for online sales and customer service.

You would ideally need experience in managing high footfall retail stores, with professionalism and good organisational skills. The successful candidate would be trained in several levels of software platforms, and experience with IT and online systems would be preferable.

Pay dependent on experience, but competitive rates are offered, with bonuses and incentives. The role is full time, although concessions can be made.
